We recently completed our second storey addition with One Build Construction. We are thrilled with the result and have James and his team to thank!

James was hands on in all aspects of the build, including making contributions toward design ideas to ensure we made the most of the available footprint and maximise the space for our growing family. James was patient in answering our questions and taking on board our feedback.

James was also able to provide great advice regarding fixtures, fittings and other suppliers. James’s ability to clearly communicate with us, our Architect, Council and other contractors ensured an outstanding result. Overall, the project and construction went smoothly and the 2nd storey addition was finished on time and budget.

Renovating can be stressful and uncertain but I can’t thank James and his team enough for their quality workmanship, professionalism and capability to make our home perfect. We renovated during the start of the covid pandemic so the world was in turmoil and I really appreciated James’ calm approach, nothing was ever a problem and his honesty and reliability were best in class. A huge shout out to his dedicated team of trades as well. Thanks – I hope to do it all again one day soon!
